AB397-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 1: before that line insert:

AB397-AA1,1,5 "948.23 (3) (ag) In this subsection, "missing" means absent without a reasonable explanation if the absence would raise concern in a reasonable person for the child's well-being.".

AB397-AA1,1,6 2. Page 4, line 1: delete "948.23 (3) (a)" and substitute "(am)".

AB397-AA1,1,8 3. Page 4, line 4: on lines 4, 7, 10 and 13, delete "par. (a)" and substitute "par. (am)".
