AB40-ASA1-AA8,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB40-ASA1-AA8,1,4 21. Page 138, line 7: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2011-12 by
3$35,800,700 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2012-13 by $35,800,700
4to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.
AB40-ASA1-AA8,1,6 52. Page 218, line 3: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2012-13 by
6$12,000,000 to increase funding for the transitional jobs program.
AB40-ASA1-AA8,1,9 73. Page 237, line 4: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2011-12 by
8$60,390 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2012-13 by $38,610 for the
9purpose for which the appropriation is made.
AB40-ASA1-AA8,2,3 104. Page 243, line 3: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2011-12 by
11$250,900 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2012-13 by $250,900 for the

1purpose of increasing the authorized FTE positions for the department of
2administration by 2.0 GPR positions for certifying disabled veteran-owned,
3woman-owned, and minority businesses.

24persons who served in the U.S. armed forces or in forces incorporated as part of the

1U.S. armed forces and who were discharged under conditions other than
2dishonorable. The department shall provide assistance to persons whose need for
3services is based upon homelessness, incarceration, or other circumstances
4designated by the department by rule. The department shall designate the
5assistance available under this section, which may include assistance in receiving
6medical care, dental care, education, employment, single room occupancy housing,
7and transitional housing. The department may provide payments to facilitate the
8provision of services under this section. From the appropriation under s. 20.485 (2)
9(ac), the department shall provide $15,000 annually during fiscal years 2007-08 and
102008-09 to the Center for Veterans Issues, Ltd., of Milwaukee, to provide outreach
11services to homeless veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder. From the
12appropriation under s. 20.485 (2) (ac), the department shall allocate $67,100 in fiscal
13year 2011-12 and $42,900 in fiscal year 2011-13 to provide assistance to unemployed
14and underemployed veterans for the purposes of receiving employment training and
15locating employment.

22administers Wisconsin Works, the transitional jobs demonstration project program
23under s. 49.162.".

20only to the extent that the department obtains federal funds.

3companies identified in par. (a).

5system to potential retention problems that includes annual visits to the companies
6identified under par. (a).
