AB61-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB61-ASA1-AA1,1,4 1. Page 8, line 19: after "data center." insert "If the corporation receives applications from at least 2 businesses that are eligible to be certified under this section, the corporation shall certify at least 2 businesses under this subsection.".

AB61-ASA1-AA1,1,6 2. Page 8, line 23: after "$2,000,000." insert "Before July 1, 2012, the corporation may not allocate the entire $2,000,000 to a single certified business.".
