AB69-SA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as shown by assembly substitute amendment 3, as follows:

AB69-SA2,1,3 1. Page 4, line 9: after that line insert:

AB69-SA2,1,8 "(c) The actor had been in a dating relationship as defined in s. 813.12 (1) (ag) with the person against whom the force was used, or the actor was a family member as defined in s. 813.12 (1) (b), a household member as defined in s. 813.12 (1) (c), or a caregiver as defined in s. 813.12 (1) (ad), of the person against whom the force was used.".
