AB7-ASA2-AA21,1,3 3" Section 37m. 6.36 (7) of the statutes is created to read:

AB7-ASA2-AA21,1,114 6.36 (7) During the periods between the close of registration for each spring
5primary, spring election, September primary, and general election and the day before
6each of these elections, the municipal clerk of each municipality shall make all
7reasonable efforts to update, reconcile, and correct the registration list for the
8municipality so as to ensure that the registration list for the municipality that will
9be used on election day lists in eligible status the name of every qualified elector of
10the municipality who is required to register and who is registered to vote in the
11election.".
