AB7-ASA2-AA33,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB7-ASA2-AA33,1,2 1. Page 11, line 6: delete lines 6 to 15.

AB7-ASA2-AA33,1,3 2. Page 11, line 19: delete "10 28" and substitute "10".

AB7-ASA2-AA33,1,5 3. Page 11, line 23: delete the material beginning with "10 his" and ending with "28" on line 24 and substitute "his or her residence later than 10".

AB7-ASA2-AA33,1,6 4. Page 12, line 1: delete lines 1 to 13.

AB7-ASA2-AA33,2,9 6.85 Absent elector; definition electors. (1) An absent elector is any otherwise qualified elector who for any reason is unable or unwilling to appear at the polling place in his or her ward or election district.

AB7-ASA2-AA33,2,13 (2) Any otherwise qualified elector who changes residence within this state by moving to a different ward or municipality later than 10 days prior to an election may vote an absentee ballot in the ward or municipality where he or she was qualified to vote before moving.

AB7-ASA2-AA33,2,15 (3) An absent elector qualifying under this section may vote by absentee ballot under ss. 6.86 to 6.89.".
