AB7-ASA2-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB7-ASA2-AA9,1,2 1. Page 64, line 23: after that line insert:

AB7-ASA2-AA9,1,3 " Section 114m. 343.14 (2) (j) of the statutes is created to read:

AB7-ASA2-AA9,1,7 343.14 (2) (j) For an identification card, a question as to whether the applicant will be a qualified elector on the date of the next election and a statement, in boldface type of at least 12-point size, that there is no fee for the initial issuance, renewal, or reinstatement of an identification card to a qualified elector.".

AB7-ASA2-AA9,1,8 2. Page 72, line 3: delete "and (er)," and substitute "and (er), and (j),".

AB7-ASA2-AA9,1,9 3. Page 72, line 14: delete "and (es)," and substitute "(es), and (j),".

AB7-ASA2-AA9,1,11 4. Page 74, line 8: delete the material beginning with "is" and ending with "voting" on line 11 and substitute "identifies himself or herself as a qualified elector".

AB7-ASA2-AA9,2,3 5. Page 74, line 18: delete the material beginning with "is" and ending with "voting" on line 21, and substitute "identifies himself or herself as a qualified elector".
