AB7-SA4,1,21 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute
2amendment 2, as follows:
AB7-SA4,1,3 31. Page 9, line 8: after that line insert:
AB7-SA4,1,9 4"(g) If an individual is not able to present any of the documents specified in pars.
5(a) to (f), an affidavit in the form prescribed by the board specifying the individual's
6name and address, affirming the individual's identity and stating that this is the
7address of the individual's residence. The affidavit shall include the following
8statement: "I am aware that falsification of the information in this affidavit is
9punishable as a Class H felony."".

AB7-SA4,1,11 11" Section 100g. 7.51 (5) (a) 4. of the statutes is amended to read:
AB7-SA4,1,1312 7.51 (5) (a) 4. The inspectors shall immediately deliver all ballots, statements,
13tally sheets, lists, and envelopes, and affidavits to the municipal clerk.

1Section 100r. 7.51 (5) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB7-SA4,2,132 7.51 (5) (b) The municipal clerk shall deliver all ballots, statements, tally
3sheets, lists, and envelopes relating to a school district election to the school district
4clerk by 4 p.m. on the day following each such election. The municipal clerk shall
5deliver the ballots, statements, tally sheets, lists, and envelopes for his or her
6municipality relating to any county, technical college district, state, or national
7election to the county clerk no later than 4 p.m. on the day following each such
8election or, in municipalities where absentee ballots are canvassed under s. 7.52, by
94 p.m. on the 2nd day following each such election, and no later than 4 p.m. on the
10day after receiving any corrected returns under s. 6.221 (6) (b). The person delivering
11the returns shall be paid out of the municipal treasury. Each clerk shall retain
12ballots, statements, tally sheets, or envelopes, and affidavits received by the clerk
13until destruction is authorized under s. 7.23 (1).".
