SB148-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB148-AA1,1,2 1. Page 199, line 18: after that line insert:

SB148-AA1,1,3 " Section 9m. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB148-AA1,1,5 (1) Bills for legal and consulting fees for purposes of redistricting congressional and legislative districts.

SB148-AA1,1,10 (a) The chief clerks of the senate and the assembly shall post on an Internet Web site maintained by the legislature all of the following information relating to bills submitted to the legislature during the 2009-11 and 2011-13 fiscal biennia for payment of legal and consulting services relating to the redistricting of congressional and legislative districts:

SB148-AA1,1,11 1. The names of the law firms or consulting firms providing the services.

SB148-AA1,1,13 2. The names of the individuals employed by the law firms or consulting firms who provided the services.

SB148-AA1,2,1 3. The total amount paid to each law firm or consulting firm.

SB148-AA1,2,2 4. The hourly rates for each type of service.

SB148-AA1,2,4 (b) The chief clerks of the senate and assembly shall post the information under paragraph (a) as soon as practical.".
