SB150-AA7,1,3 " Section 29m. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB150-AA7,1,9 (1) Expenditure of legal and consulting fees for purposes of redistricting congressional and legislative districts. No moneys may be expended by the state for legal and consulting services relating to the redistricting of congressional and legislative districts that are performed on or after the effective date of this subsection. All bills for such legal and consulting services performed before the effective date of this subsection shall be submitted before August 1, 2011.".
