SB237-SA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB237-SA5,1,8 1. Page 9, line 2: delete lines 2 and 3 and substitute "that provides an instructional program in human growth and development shall annually provide notify the parents or guardians of each pupil enrolled in the school district whether or not the school board will provide an instructional program in human growth and development in that school year. If the school board elects to provide an instructional program under this section, the school board shall also provide the parents and guardians".
