SB306-AA5,1,3 32. Page 1, line 7: delete ", and providing a penalty".

SB306-AA5,1,5 43. Page 5, line 19: delete "and is subject to a civil penalty" and substitute "and

SB306-AA5,1,6 64. Page 6, line 5: delete lines 5 to 9 and substitute:
