SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 307

SB307-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB307-SA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 9: delete "may be given within such 2-month the 5-week period" and substitute "may be given within such 2-month period placement of the notice may commence when judgment is entered".

SB307-SA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 14: delete "A representative" and substitute "In addition to the parties to the action to enforce a mortgage lien, a representative".

SB307-SA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 17: delete "Evidence of abandonment may include any of" and substitute "In determining whether the mortgaged premises have been abandoned, the court shall consider the totality of the circumstances, including".
