SB368-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB368-AA3,1,2 21. Page 2, line 18: after "wetlands;" insert "construction on filled wetlands;".
SB368-AA3,1,3 32. Page 16, line 5: substitute "Discharges" for "Permits for discharges".
SB368-AA3,1,4 43. Page 35, line 5: after that line insert:
SB368-AA3,1,5 5" Section 111m. 281.36 (9m) of the statutes is created to read:
SB368-AA3,1,96 281.36 (9m) Receipt of state funding. Any person who seeks to construct a
7building on a wetland that is filled after the effective date of this subsection .... [LRB
8inserts date], may not receive any financial assistance or loans from the state for the
9purpose of constructing the building.".

7required by section 709.03 (form) C. 28. of the statutes, as created by this act.".

10to original real estate condition reports that are furnished on the effective date of this
11subsection.".
