SB368-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB368-SA3,1,2 1. Page 27, line 19: delete "demonstrated that the".

SB368-SA3,1,4 2. Page 27, line 20: delete lines 20 to 24 and substitute "demonstrated that all of the following apply:".

SB368-SA3,1,5 3. Page 27, line 24: after that line insert:

SB368-SA3,1,7 "1. The proposed project causing the discharge will result in a substantial economic benefit to the public.

SB368-SA3,1,11 2. The proposed project consists of an expansion of an industrial or commercial facility that is in existence at the time the application is submitted or consists of construction of an industrial or commercial facility that will be in an industrial park that is in existence on the effective date of this subdivision .... [LRB inserts date].".
