SB370-ASA1,1,2 An Act to amend 100.45 (5e) of the statutes; relating to: regulation of certain substitutes for ozone-depleting refrigerants.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SB370-ASA1, s. 1 Section 1. 100.45 (5e) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB370-ASA1,1,6 100.45 (5e) Department powers. The department may not promulgate or enforce rules providing that any portion of sub. (3) or (4) applies with respect to a substance used as a substitute for an ozone-depleting refrigerant.
