SB486-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB486-SA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 10: delete "Beginning" and substitute "Subject to sub. (1r), beginning".

SB486-SA1,1,4 2. Page 5, line 14: after that line insert:

SB486-SA1,1,8 "(1r) Limit on number of scholarships. The total number of scholarship recipients under this section in any school year may not exceed 5 percent of the total number of children with disabilities residing in this state in the previous school year, as determined by the department.".
