TO 2013 SENATE BILL 1

SB1-SA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB1-SA3,1,3 21. Page 20, line 23: delete the material beginning with "Notwithstanding" and
3ending with "subdivision 4. c." on page 21, line 2.

SB1-SA3,1,4 42. Page 21, line 8: after that line insert:

SB1-SA3,1,9 5"d. No later than 30 days before distribution of any surplus remaining after the
6dissolution of the plan, or within 30 days after completion of the dissolution of the
7plan if there is no surplus to distribute, the office shall submit a final report to the
8joint committee on finance on the operation and dissolution of the plan, including the
9proposed distribution of any remaining surplus.".
