AB1-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1-AA5,1,2 1. Page 133, line 9: substitute ", (d), and (e)" for "and (d)".

AB1-AA5,1,3 2. Page 196, line 21: after that line insert:

AB1-AA5,1,6 "(e) In addition to the fees under par. (a), the department may assess an applicant a fee equal to the department's costs in providing wetland determinations and wetland boundary delineations under s. 295.60 (2).".
