1An Act to create 253.103 of the statutes;
relating to: sex-selective abortion.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

1. 253.103 of the statutes is created to read:
AB217-ASA1,1,4
3253.103 Sex-selective abortion prohibited. No person may perform an
4abortion knowing that it is a sex-selective abortion.
