AB277-AA3,1,2 1. Page 10, line 1: after that line insert:

AB277-AA3,1,4 " Section 15m. DFI-Bkg 14.01 (4m) of the administrative code is created to read:

AB277-AA3,1,5 DFI-Bkg 14.01 (4m) "Protected consumer" means any of the following:

AB277-AA3,1,6 (a) An individual for whom a guardian or conservator has been appointed.

AB277-AA3,1,7 (b) An individual with an intellectual disability.

AB277-AA3,1,8 (c) An individual with a cognitive impairment.".
