AB341-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 8: after "service" insert "provider".

AB341-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 8: delete the material beginning with "on" and ending with "county, or" on line 9.

AB341-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 13: after " center" insert "and if the debt has been reduced to a judgment or the ambulance service provider has received written acknowledgment from the debtor of the debt owed".
