AB40-SA42,1,3 1. Page 960, line 4: after that line insert:

AB40-SA42,1,4 " Section 1722m. 111.70 (4) (jm) 4. j. and k. of the statutes are repealed.".

AB40-SA42,1,5 2. Page 1371, line 12: after that line insert:

AB40-SA42,1,9 "(2q) Cities of the first class collective bargaining. The treatment of section 111.70 (4) (jm) 4. j. and k. of the statutes first applies to collective bargaining agreements entered into, extended, modified, or renewed, whichever occurs first, on the effective date of this subsection.".
