AB499-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB499-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 2: delete "not wired for electrical service." and substitute "occupied by members of a bona fide religious denomination that, as part of its teachings or beliefs, prohibits the use of electricity in dwellings or dwelling units.".

AB499-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 5: delete "not wired for electrical service." and substitute "occupied by members of a bona fide religious denomination that, as part of its teachings or beliefs, prohibits the use of electricity in dwellings or dwelling units.".

AB499-AA1,1,11 3. Page 2, line 10: delete the material beginning with "does" and ending with "department." on line 12 and substitute "is occupied by members of a bona fide religious denomination that, as part of its teaching or beliefs, prohibits all of the following in dwellings or dwelling units:

AB499-AA1,1,12 (1) The use of water closets, as defined by rule by the department.

AB499-AA1,2,2 (2) The use of systems for the disposal of blackwater, as defined by rule by the department.".
