AB677-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB677-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: before "rule-making" insert "giving credit for provider experience under YoungStar;".

AB677-AA2,1,4 2. Page 7, line 8: after that line insert:

AB677-AA2,1,5 " Section 10m. 49.155 (6) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB677-AA2,1,10 49.155 (6) (f) For purposes of a provider's quality rating under par. (e), when determining the education of a provider or of a member of a provider's staff, the department shall consider the provider's or staff member's professional child care experience. The department shall count 10 years of professional child care experience as equivalent to a relevant bachelor's degree.".
