AB737-AA4,1,5 42. Page 5, line 14: delete "the life of that person" and substitute "at least 5
5years".

AB737-AA4,1,7 63. Page 6, line 16: after "license" insert ", which is not revoked, suspended,
7canceled, or expired,".
