AB741-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB741-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB741-AA1,1,3 " Section 1. 15.207 (24) (a) 6. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB741-AA1,1,5 15.207 (24) (a) 6. Ten Eleven members who are residents of this state, not less than 6 of whom shall be residents of Milwaukee County.".

AB741-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".

AB741-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

AB741-AA1,1,8 " Section 3m. 15.207 (24) (a) 10. of the statutes is created to read:

AB741-AA1,1,9 15.207 (24) (a) 10. The state public defender or his or her designee.".
