SB179-SSA1-SA13,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB179-SSA1-SA13,1,4 1. Page 2, line 9: delete "occurs during the tenant's" and substitute "results in a violation of a building code or public health and safety ordinance for which the landlord may be cited".

SB179-SSA1-SA13,1,5 2. Page 2, line 10: delete "occupancy of the premises".
