SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 308

SB308-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB308-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete "offences" and substitute "offenses".

SB308-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 3: after "jurisdiction" insert "and making an appropriation".

SB308-SA1,1,4 3. Page 7, line 15: after that line insert:

SB308-SA1,1,6 " Section 18m. 301.26 (7) (a) of the statutes, as affected by 2013 Wisconsin Act 20, is amended to read:

SB308-SA1,1,9 301.26 (7) (a) For community youth and family aids under this section, amounts not to exceed $45,478,000 for the last 6 months of 2013, $90,956,100 for 2014, and $45,478,100 $47,978,100 for the first 6 months of 2015.".

SB308-SA1,1,11 " Section 64r. Fiscal changes.

SB308-SA1,2,4 (1) Community youth and family aids. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of corrections under section 20.410 (3) (cd) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2013, the dollar amount is increased by $2,500,000 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to increase funding for the provision of juvenile delinquency-related services for juveniles 17 years of age.".
