SB314-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB314-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete "residential, commercial, or industrial" and substitute "residential or commercial".

SB314-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 6: delete that line and substitute "development, but does not include a permit or authorization for an agricultural or mining use.".

SB314-SA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 14: delete "requirements." and substitute "requirements, unless the applicant and the political subdivision agree otherwise.".

SB314-SA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 2: delete "the project." and substitute "the project, unless the applicant and the political subdivision agree otherwise.".
