SB324-SA4,1,5 1. Page 3, line 4: after "election." insert "Notwithstanding the other provisions of this paragraph, if a municipality has a population of 10,000 or more, the municipal clerk may offer hours for receiving absentee ballots in person without limitation to time or day.".
