SB331-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 2, and substitute:

SB331-SA1,1,6 "(2) Approve industry-recognized certification programs designed to mitigate workforce shortages in any of the industries or occupations identified under sub. (1).".
