SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 414

SB414-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB414-SSA1-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: delete "15 30" and substitute "15".

SB414-SSA1-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 5: delete " or, 25 days" and substitute "or".

SB414-SSA1-SA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 5: delete "cities," and substitute "cities".

SB414-SSA1-SA1,1,5 4. Page 2, line 6: delete " 30 days before the meeting of the board of assessors".

SB414-SSA1-SA1,1,8 5. Page 2, line 7: after " and" insert ", except that, in any year in which the taxation district conducts a revaluation under s. 70.05, the notice shall be sent at least 30 days before the meeting of the board of review or board of assessors".
