SB497-AA3,1,2 1. Page 4, line 21: delete that line and substitute:

SB497-AA3,1,4 " Section 13g. 895.59 (2) (f) of the statutes is renumbered 227.04 (2m) (c) 3. and amended to read:

SB497-AA3,1,6 227.04 (2m) (c) 3. The violation may result in an imminent a serious endangerment to the environment, or to public health or safety.".
