SB596-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

SB596-SA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 23.115 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB596-SA1,1,6 23.115 (3) Subsection (2) does not apply to snowmobile trails on land under the control of the department that are maintained by snowmobile clubs or other nonprofit organizations or to water trails under s. 23.175 (2) (a).".

SB596-SA1,1,7 2. Page 1, line 3: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".
