SB617-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 7: after "employment" insert "that are not located in a city that
3has a population of 200,000 or more".

SB617-AA1,1,4 42. Page 5, line 16: before that line insert:

SB617-AA1,1,5 5" Section 2m. 101.02 (7t) of the statutes is created to read:

SB617-AA1,1,76 101.02 (7t) Subsection (7r) does not apply to the enactment or enforcement of
7ordinances by a city that has a population of 200,000 or more.".
