AB143-AA2,1,2 1. Page 7, line 17: after that line insert:

AB143-AA2,1,5 "440.427 Establishment of base rate; limit on surge pricing. (1) Each licensed company shall establish a base fare rate for each geographic region within this state in which the licensed company operates.

AB143-AA2,1,7 (2) A licensed company may not establish a base fare rate under sub. (1) more than once every 3 months.

AB143-AA2,1,9 (3) A licensed company may not at any time charge a passenger a fare rate that exceeds 2.5 times the base fare rate established under sub. (1).".
