AB157-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB157-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: delete "A" and substitute "(1) Except as provided in sub. (2), a".

AB157-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " (1)" and substitute "(a)".

AB157-AA2,1,6 3. Page 2, line 4: delete " (2) The permit or other approval described under sub. (1)" and substitute "(b) The permit or other approval described under par. (a)".

AB157-AA2,1,7 4. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB157-AA2,1,10 "(2) A person is not immune from civil liability under sub. (1) for damage or injury caused by placing, or failing to place, buoys or other markers in a waterway if any of the following apply:

AB157-AA2,1,11 (a) The person intentionally causes the damage or injury.

AB157-AA2,1,12 (b) The person acts in a grossly negligent or willful and wanton manner.

AB157-AA2,2,2 (c) The person uses equipment that he or she knew or should have known was faulty and the faulty equipment causes the damage or injury.".
