AB177-AA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB177-AA10,1,2 1. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

AB177-AA10,1,3 "4. "Senior citizen" means an individual who is 65 years of age or older.".

AB177-AA10,1,5 2. Page 3, line 3: delete "The department" and substitute "Except as provided in subd. 4., the department".

AB177-AA10,1,7 3. Page 3, line 12: after "recipient" insert ", other than a recipient who is a senior citizen,".

AB177-AA10,1,8 4. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:

AB177-AA10,1,9 "4. Subdivision 1. does not apply to a recipient who is a senior citizen.".
