AB191-AA1,1,3 " Section 1c. 13.045 of the statutes is created to read:

AB191-AA1,1,7 13.045 Drug testing for legislators. During the first year of each term he or she serves, each legislator shall satisfy all of the requirements related to substance abuse screening, testing, and treatment under s. 49.162 or that legislator is not eligible for any per diem allowance.".
