TO ASSEMBLY BILL 191

AB191-AA12,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB191-AA12,1,2 21. Page 6, line 11: after "(5)" insert "(a)".
AB191-AA12,1,3 32. Page 6, line 13: after that line insert:
AB191-AA12,1,8 4"(b) No later than the first day of the 7th month beginning after the effective
5date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts date], and then every 6 months thereafter, the
6department shall submit to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for
7distribution to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) a report that includes at least all
8of the following information:
AB191-AA12,1,109 1. How many individuals have been tested under this section for the use of a
10controlled substance.
AB191-AA12,2,211 2. How many individuals who have been tested have tested negative for the use
12of a controlled substance or positive with evidence of a valid prescription and how
13many individuals who have been tested have tested positive for the use of a controlled

1substance without presenting evidence of a valid prescription for the use of that
2controlled substance.
AB191-AA12,2,53 3. The total direct and indirect costs that have been incurred to date by the
4department or any other state agency related to the requirements under this
5section.".
AB191-AA12,2,6 63. Page 9, line 6: after that line insert:

8committee on finance approves the plan under subd. 2., and then every 6 months
9thereafter, the department shall submit to the chief clerk of each house of the
10legislature for distribution to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) a report that
11includes at least all of the following information:
