AB191-AA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB191-AA4,1,3 21. Page 5, line 16: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 6, line 5, and substitute:
AB191-AA4,1,11 4"(b) During the time that an individual is receiving substance abuse treatment
5under par. (a), the administering agency shall require the individual to undergo
6random testing for the use of a controlled substance. For the individual to remain
7eligible for a program, the individual must cooperate with the testing. If the results
8of any test during treatment are positive for the use of a controlled substance and the
9individual does not present evidence of a valid prescription for the controlled
10substance, the individual shall remain eligible for a program as long as the
11individual continues in the substance abuse treatment under par. (a).".
AB191-AA4,1,12 122. Page 8, line 3: delete lines 3 to 17 and substitute:

1"d. While participating in state-sponsored treatment, an individual who has
2tested positive for the use of a controlled substance without a valid prescription for
3the controlled substance, shall submit to random testing for the use of a controlled
4substance. For the individual to remain eligible for the employment and training
5program under this subsection, the individual must cooperate with the testing. If the
6results of any test during treatment are positive for the use of a controlled substance
7and the individual does not present evidence of a valid prescription for the controlled
8substance, the individual shall remain eligible for a program as long as the
9individual continues in the substance abuse treatment under this paragraph.".
