AB191-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB191-AA9,1,2 1. Page 6, line 18: after that line insert:

AB191-AA9,1,9 "(7) The department of children and families and the department of justice shall keep an accounting of the amount of legal fees and other costs incurred by each department and any other state agency in legal actions, if any, related to the requirements under this section. The department of children and families shall discontinue the screening, testing, and treatment requirements under this section at any point at which the total of those fees and costs incurred by both departments and any other state agency in the aggregate exceed $500,000.".

AB191-AA9,2,4 "e. The department of health services and the department of justice shall keep an accounting of the amount of legal fees and other costs incurred by each department and any other state agency in legal actions, if any, related to the requirements under this paragraph. The department of health services shall discontinue the screening, testing, and treatment requirements under this paragraph at any point at which the total of those fees and costs incurred by both departments and any other state agency in the aggregate exceed $500,000.".
