AB192-AA15,1,3 " Section 1c. 13.045 of the statutes is created to read:

AB192-AA15,1,7 13.045 Drug testing for legislators. During the first year of each term he or she serves, each legislator shall submit to a test for the presence of controlled substances as provided under s. 108.133 or that legislator is not eligible for any per diem allowance.".
