AB192-AA7,1,2 1. Page 11, line 2: after that line insert:

AB192-AA7,1,9 "(br) The department of workforce development and the department of justice shall keep an accounting of the amount of legal fees and other costs incurred by each department and any other state agency in legal actions, if any, related to the requirements under subs. (2) and (3). Notwithstanding pars. (a) to (bm) and subs. (2) and (3), the department shall permanently cease implementation of subs. (2) and (3) at any point at which the total of those fees and costs incurred by both departments and any other state agency in the aggregate exceed $500,000.".
