ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 200

AB200-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB200-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 5: on lines 5, 6, 17 and 20, delete "send" and substitute "provide".

AB200-ASA1-AA2,1,3 2. Page 4, line 11: delete "send" and substitute "provide".

AB200-ASA1-AA2,1,4 3. Page 5, line 2: after that line insert:

AB200-ASA1-AA2,1,8 "(dm) Whenever the department provides notice to a recipient under this subsection, the department shall provide the notice by at least 2 different methods, such as by mail, telephone, or electronic mail, to ensure that the recipient receives notice in a manner that is understandable to the recipient.".
