AB212-AA4-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 12: after that line insert:

AB212-AA4-AA1,1,3 3"" Section 3g. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB212-AA4-AA1,1,8 4(1m) If the department of workforce development will be able to implement this
5act on a date prior to the first Sunday of the 7th month beginning after publication,
6the department shall shall send a notice to the legislative reference bureau for
7publication in the Wisconsin Administrative Register that states the date on which
8the department will implement this act.".

AB212-AA4-AA1,1,9 92. Page 1, line 13: delete "" Section 3m" and substitute " Section 3m".

AB212-AA4-AA1,1,11 103. Page 2, line 2: after "publication" insert ", or on the date specified in the
11notice under Section 3g (1m) of this act, whichever occurs first".
