AB23-AA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

AB23-AA3,1,9 "(e) This subsection does not apply to any offer, promise, agreement, or commitment regarding a loan, extension of credit, or other financial accommodation primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, made by a person engaged in the business of lending or arranging for the lending of money or extending credit. For purposes of this paragraph, an offer, promise, agreement, or commitment to lend money secured solely by residential property containing not more than 4 dwelling units is made primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.".
