AB266-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB266-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: delete the material beginning with "vehicles" and ending with "and" on line 4 and substitute "vehicles,".

AB266-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 4: after "penalty" insert ", and making an appropriation".

AB266-AA1,1,5 3. Page 4, line 1: delete lines 1 to 6.

AB266-AA1,1,6 4. Page 8, line 12: delete that line.

AB266-AA1,1,8 5. Page 8, line 13: delete "2. and 3. of the statutes are" and substitute "3. of the statutes is".

AB266-AA1,3,8 (1) Notwithstanding section 16.42 (1) (e) of the statutes, if this subsection takes effect in fiscal year 2016-17, in submitting information under section 16.42 of the statutes for purposes of the 2017-19 biennial budget bill, the department of transportation shall submit information concerning the appropriation under section 20.395 (5) (cq) of the statutes as though the increase in the dollar amount of that appropriation by Section 62m (1) of this act had not been made.

AB266-AA1,62m Section 62m. Fiscal changes.

AB266-AA1,3,14 (1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of transportation under section 20.395 (5) (cq) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2015, the dollar amount is increased by $726,720 for the fiscal year in which this subsection takes effect to increase funding for purposes related to issuing ignition interlock restricted licenses.".

AB266-AA1,3,17 " Section 63g. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the first day of the 13th month beginning after publication, except as follows:

AB266-AA1,3,18 (1) Section 62m (1) of this act takes effect on the day after publication.".
