AB325-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB325-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete "sub. (1m)" and substitute " subs. (1m) and (1r)".

AB325-ASA1-AA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 3: delete " or sub. (1m)" and substitute "or sub. (1m) or (1r)".

AB325-ASA1-AA2,1,4 3. Page 3, line 8: after that line insert:

AB325-ASA1-AA2,1,5 " Section 3m. 17.26 (1r) of the statutes is created to read:

AB325-ASA1-AA2,1,10 17.26 (1r) In a unified school district that encompasses a city with a population greater than 75,000 but less than 100,000 and that encompasses at least 2 villages, vacancies in the school board may be filled by special election. At such election the vacancy shall be filled for the unexpired term. The board shall follow procedures under s. 8.50, so far as applicable.".
